About Us

Our Story,

At Paithani Vastram, every saree tells a story — and so do we.

I’m Pooja, a proud mom to a beautiful 6-month-old boy, Agastya, and the heart behind Paithani Vastram. After marriage, I made the difficult choice to step away from my career to focus on my family. But deep inside, the desire to create something of my own never left me.

During this phase of life, I often found myself reflecting on the journey that shaped me — especially the sacrifices my elder sister, Minakshi Tai, made to give us a better life. I was only 5 years old when we lost our mother, and from that day, my sister became everything for us. She sacrificed her own dreams, took on every responsibility, educated us, and stood strong so we could stand strong. Her strength and selflessness are the biggest reasons I am where I am today.

That spark turned into determination. I decided to follow my dream and start something of my own — something that celebrated tradition, beauty, and strength. That’s how Paithani Vastram was born.

Through this journey, my husband and my elder sister have been my strongest pillars. My husband, Nikhil, has been my constant support system — his belief in me, encouragement, and presence gave me the confidence to take this step and turn my dream into reality.

I have always been deeply connected to our culture and traditions. Paithani weaving is not just a craft — it is a legacy, a symbol of heritage, and a reflection of timeless beauty. I have always been inspired by the richness of Paithani and the emotions it carries.

Paithani Vastram is not just a business to me — it is a reflection of my journey, my roots, and my values. Every saree we bring to you is carefully chosen to celebrate elegance, culture, and the strength of every woman. We specialize in Paithani sarees that blend traditional beauty with modern comfort, made for women who want to feel graceful without compromise.

Every drape you wear from Paithani Vastram carries a story — of resilience, tradition, and timeless elegance.

Paithani Vastram — where tradition meets the modern woman.
