RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Conditions

· We accept return requests only on damaged products received.

· To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return & Refund Process

· Share an unboxing video, product images, and details of the issue via email at info@paithanivastram.com.

· Inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Once we receive your return request email, we will review it and approve based on our conditions and eligibility criteria within 2 days.

· Once your return request is approved, our team will send you a confirmation. Carefully package the item(s) with all original tags and packaging intact, ensuring they are securely placed back into the box.

· Refunds will not be processed if the product(s) is more damaged or shipped without its original packaging.

· Once the reverse pickup is successful, refunds will be issued within 2 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

Refund Mode

· Original form of payment

· Replacement – Exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within one week of delivery date, subject to availability.

· Coupon code – Valid for 6 months; can be used only once.

· Once an item is purchased with a replacement or coupon code, it will not be eligible for return again in the future.

Return & Refund Process for Other Reasons

· You will need to ship us the product you wish to return.

· The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.

· The product(s) must be shipped back within 10 days of return approval.

Refund

· Refund amount will include the purchase price of the item(s) returned, minus forward shipment charges & restocking fee (Rs. 250/-).

· Refund can be issued in the form of original payment mode or coupon code.

· Items purchased with a coupon code will not be accepted for return again.

· Coupon codes are one-time use and have a 1-year validity from the date of issuance.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

· COD orders require a token amount of Rs. 249/- as forward & reverse shipping charges.

· If the order is cancelled or not accepted, the token amount will not be refunded.

· For COD orders with free shipping, after order acceptance and delivery, the token amount will be refunded as a coupon code via email (as per policy).
