However, occasional typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors or update information at any time without prior notice.

Colour and Product Appearance

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, designs, and details as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in lighting, photography, screen settings, device displays, or other technical factors.

Such minor colour variations will not be considered a product defect.

We encourage customers to carefully review product images, descriptions, and details before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Every product undergoes quality inspection before dispatch.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package and the complete opening process is mandatory for such claims.

Claims will be reviewed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or product information
Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity
Incorrect or incomplete customer information
Unverifiable delivery address or contact details

If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully received, the applicable refund will be processed according to our policies.

4. Pricing and Payments

All product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy. However, if an incorrect price is displayed due to a technical or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and inform the customer.

Payments must be completed through the available payment methods displayed during checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available on eligible orders and delivery PIN codes within India.

COD availability may depend on factors including:

Product category
Courier service availability
Other applicable conditions

We may contact customers to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel or request additional confirmation for suspicious, incomplete, or unverifiable COD orders.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines provided on our website are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Paithani Vastram shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Missed Deliveries and RTO

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, refuses the shipment, provides an incorrect or incomplete address, or does not respond to the delivery partner, the shipment may be returned to us as Return to Origin (RTO).

If you wish to have the returned order shipped again, an additional ₹250 re-shipping charge may apply.

For returned Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, re-shipment may be processed only after full prepayment of the order value along with applicable shipping charges.

8. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

All return, refund, and replacement requests will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review the Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product photographs, designs, and other materials, is the property of Paithani Vastram or its respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Paithani Vastram shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
