By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site or making a purchase.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any order placed through your account will be treated as having been placed by you and processed accordingly.

Account Security
You are accountable for all activities carried out under your account. Keep your password confidential and secure. Paithanivastram.com shall not be held liable for any loss, misuse, or damage caused by unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.

2. Product Information

Accuracy of Details
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, and prices listed on our website are accurate and up-to-date. However, occasional typographical errors or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to make corrections at any time without prior notice.

Damaged Products
Every product undergoes strict quality inspection before dispatch. However, once handed over to our delivery partners, we cannot control potential damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing info@paithanivastram.com along with clear photos of the damaged item. Depending on stock availability, we will replace the item with an identical or similar product. Claims raised after the 48-hour window will not be entertained.

Missed Deliveries
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If the package is not accepted or collected, it will be returned to us. You may request re-shipment by paying an additional ₹250 shipping fee. For returned Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, re-shipment will be processed only after full prepayment of the order value plus the additional shipping charges.
